Welcome, I am Beckie Davies. I established Catalyst East Anglia to provide a range of services for individuals, organisations and businesses who care about, and recognise the benefits of investing in mental health, wellbeing, professional and personal development. I offer therapy and coaching in Norwich and mental health training in Norwich, Norfolk, Suffolk and nationwide.
The services that Catalyst East Anglia provides include:

- Professional Supervision for people working in mental health related fields
I am dedicated to using the experience and knowledge I have gained over the past 20 years working in mental health to promote change; whether that is through empowering someone to take steps to feeling more hopeful about their life, a business or organisation seeking to improve the wellbeing of their employees and clients or collaborating with others to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.

On the 15th June 2011 Catalyst celebrated it's 1 year anniversary! I would like to thank all the wonderful and inspiring people I have met during this time and those who have been a constant support to me. I could not have done it without you! It has particularly felt like a gift to see how many people continue to be so enthusiastic and passionate about their work despite the pressures and uncertainty of the current climate. I guess it is a poignant time for being able to understand more about mental health and find ways of helping each other and ourselves. During this year I have also continued to enhance my skills and completed an NLP wellbeing coach practitioner course and a PTTLS teaching qualification.The next step is to explore becoming a community interest company or social enterprise- watch this space!
